Fortius Coaching offers coached swim workouts structured to provide athletes with consistent training. To become better swimmers, triathletes need to swim at least 3 times per week and work on drills regularly and with precision. With our expert coaches on deck, you will see your swim technique improve. This workouts is ideal for the swimmer who would prefer to be around other triathletes and want to work on their freestyle.

The swim workouts are specifically tailored to the needs of triathletes: 

  • coach on deck provides a workout with instruction
  • the first half of the workout includes drills to improve your swim
  • the second half of the workout focuses on speed and pacing
  • bring swimsuit, goggles, a bottle of water or electrolyte drink, and towel
  • bring fins, training paddles, ankle band, and snorkel 
  • private sessions for individuals or small groups are available
